Sacré Cœur students attend class with a great deal more than textbooks as resources. CDs, podcasts, mp3 files, photostories, the internet, online databases, Smartboards, electronic note-taking, PowerPoint, robotics and data logging in Excel are just some of the 21st century learning tools available to our students and utilised in classrooms every day.
The school is well-equipped with world class technology. There are computers in every classroom, specialist computer labs for whole class activities, a multi-media lab, a Visual Communications lab comprising state-of-the-art Apple Mac computers and a designated global research computer space in our library to support research activities.
Sacré Cœur has made a conscious decision not to impose upon parents the financial burden of purchasing expensive laptop computers or indeed, imposing upon our young students the responsibility and physical burdens of carrying them to and from school.
