Beginning the learning journey

Joigny, Sacré Cœur Junior School, provides a vibrant and caring environment for students from Prep to Year 6. Single level classes ensure that the students are known well.  Students' individual talents can be identified and programs can be tailored to assist the girls to reach their potential.

The curriculum offers a diverse range of activities, targeting the individual needs of the girls. The subjects provide a rich, varied and well rounded curriculum. Religious Education is central to the studies at Joigny.

Specialist teachers in Music, Visual Arts, LOTE - French, Physical Education and Library enable students to become involved in and develop skills in many areas. Information Technology is integrated into the curriculum with computers in every classroom and access to computer lab.

The Music program provides opportunity to participate in weekly lessons with Instrumental programs at Year 2 and Year 5, choirs from Year 3 and ensembles from Prep.
